Shipping Policy

Jewelry Shipping Information:

- Shipping charges will be added and are calculated according to the size of the package and its designation.

- The shipped jewelry items will require a recipient signature to validate the jewelry has arrived to its destination.

- Upon receiving full payment, the product will be shipped directly to the shipping address.

- Jewelry cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. These items must be shipped to a street address.

All "in stock" orders will be shipped within 5 business days after receipt of payment. Out of stock items on backorder should ship within 2-4 weeks. Buyer will be sent a notification of out of stock purchases.

If you have a due date for the ordered item, please let us know so we can advise you of any problem. All Jewelry orders are packed efficiently without sacrificing the quality of the hand-made jewelry.

Three Shipment methods available:
- Standard Delivery - 15-20 days
- Express Mail (EMS) 5-10 days
- FedEX - 2 day shipping from door to door

All orders are packaged in our kukla jewelry gift boxes free. One item per box.

No sales tax for any order shipped outside of Israel.
