You can return, replace or exchange your product within 5 days from the day you receive your order. (Does not include the shipping cost to you or the shipping cost back to us).

To qualify for a refund an item must be in its original condition. Any items that have been damaged, resized (by a jeweler other than kukla jewelry), or showing any signs of wear will not be accepted for return.

Once your returned item is inspected and accepted, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days. Refunds will be made in the original form of payment.
